UX Approach: Phase-4: Plan for successful design intervention

In the UX approach, half the battle is own when all the stakeholders are aligned, user needs and motivations are understood and a concrete design direction is in place.
However, design execution requires data, skilled people, reasonable time and a well coordinated team of designers, developers and product owners to join hands together work in sync with each other towards one common goal.
At this phase, it is important to plan the project with as much detail as possible including phase wise scope, required skills and resources, deliverable and project plan.
This helps in avoiding expectation mismatch, chaotic delivery pressure and above all undesired friction with all stakeholders.
